It says the source is reputation: freebooter's trade union, but I have been unable to locate it on any vendors down in the cartel bazaar on fleet. If you happen to have one, im willing to talk price.

There is a bind on pickup version available from a reputation vendor, and there is a bind on equip version that drops, very rarely, from grand chance cubes and ultimate hypercrates. To get the reputation version: you will need 5-6 cartel certificates, 100k credits and Legend rank with the Unerworld Exchange reputation track. Visit the reputation vendors in the Cartel Bazaar area of fleet. You can get the Legend rank b y using the contraband slot machine deco which has good drop rates for cartel reputation, but not much else. The BOE version seems to be pretty rare. I've only seen it twice on the Star Forge GTN since the start of the year and ended up buying my uxibeast from the vendor directly. However, the Aratech Eclipse (also a cartel reputation mount) was on the Cartel Market direct purchase not too long ago so maybe they'll make the Uxibeast also available for direct purchase.
