Soulleach
Is the game crashing or are you just getting disconnected? I've been getting disconnected a lot the last couple days, in my case it seems there is packets being dropped by a router in Seattle. Depending on where you are you could be experiencing the same thing.
battycoda
Is the game crashing or are you just getting disconnected? I've been getting disconnected a lot the last couple days, in my case it seems there is packets being dropped by a router in Seattle. Depending on where you are you could be experiencing the same thing. I was just going to ask this because I have had it happen before and it turned out to be my cable modem. OP, you might try a hard reboot of your cable modem. I do this by unplugging mine, disconnecting all cables, mine has a battery so I take that out as well, and letting it sit for about 5 minutes. I then hook it all back up and let it resync with my ISP. Many times, this will fix any problems that might be on my end. To check packet loss, as Soulleach is having, open a command prompt (Windows) and type "ping -n 20 8.8.8.8" (insert any IP address in place of the 8s) and it will return your ping statistics. If that shows packet loss, then you can do "tracert -d 8.8.8.8" (again, any IP address for the 8s) . If this finds a lot of failures, check to make sure all of your cables are firmly connected. A loose cable can cause severe issues. Otherwise, it's outside your control and you might call your ISP. Hope that helps.
