Cyberglow Mewvorr doesn't unlock in collections once purchased

Cyberglow Mewvorr doesn't unlock in collections. It says in the collection window that it's not unlocked and that any new copies need to be purchased from the Collector's Edition Vendor.

 

It should show unlocked once you obtain it. That's OK that additional copies need to be purchased from the vendor, but it should reflect unlocked status in the collections window.

I find it odd that it's even in the collections to begin with since nothing else from the vendor is.

Any updates on this? I can't complete the Pets collection because this is still not unlocking even though it's owned.
