Naholen Posted October 30, 2018 Share Posted October 30, 2018 (edited) In spring of 2012 there was a server wide event that brought the Rakghoul to Outpost Thorazon on Tattoine. It was a fun event and gave people the chance of collecting a set of legacy gear based on which side you played. The event now comes back as the Rakghoul Resurgence (one coming back tomorrow), but it is not the same. Would it be possible to bring it back? At least will give a chance to the new players to experience something that old players have had the chance to enjoy? Maybe on Zakuul? The swamps would be an interesting choice. Or the new upcoming planet, if possible. There are a lot of weekly event that now are on a rotating schedule, and those are okay, but a server wide event not connected to conquest would be nice to have (at least once in a while) to keep the world more dynamic. There was mention of resources running out in the game, why not take advantage of that and create an event around that for example? Something like everyone on the server gathers and turns in mats or supplies like stims, craft-able armor, craft-able weapons, etc and once the entire server has turned in a certain amount for a specified period of time, something happens. I am sure someone on the forum can come up with a creative idea of what that could be. Would be nice to have something that affects the entire server and not just a specific guild topping the conquest charts. And I am not talking about something like Dark Vs. Light event that was combined for all servers. Something that can be distinctive for each server as a result of the effort placed by each side.
