No subscription after credit card charged

Not much to say here. I paid to subscribe and the money has been taken out of my account but I'm still "preferred." I'm not sure where to go since the support system is flawed and I can't contact them since they don't think I'm a subscriber. Suggestions?

Were you logged in to the game when you applied your subscription? If so.. close the game and restart.

 

What does the swtor.com account page tell you about your subscription status?

 

Call live customer support (which is what you need to do for any account related issues) .. because none of the forum membership can actually help you resolve this.

same happened to me -- I waited 5 days -- still nothing ..

finally had to call customer support -- and got it corrected ---

oh and ask for the time back that you missed (if any) -- they gave me time lost back ( the 5 days )
