Also try queuing multiple roles. DPS only roles typically have long wait times because most fps will encourage a tank and healer, but not as many people queue as those roles. Don't do this unless you are willing to respec and play the other role as well as have the gear for the other role, otherwise you will find yourself on a lot of ignore lists quite fast.
