Nathema Conspiracy - Game version

Yesterday I have completed the Nathema Conspiracy quest and what pissed me off about it was that I couldn't marry/propose Lana Beniko despite I've seen that in youtube videos ( I romanced her ). Under couldn't marry/propose, I mean that I didn't even have the dialogue option to do so. After that, I hit up google and started digging through it to find a fix/reason why I couldn't do it, and what I've found was that if you did the Nathema Conspiracy quest BEFORE 5.9 patch, then you couldn't do it only after 5.9. So I just checked my launcher and this is what I saw. I don't know if this is a dumb question or something, but does this mean that my game is not updated to 5.9 but is stuck on 5.7 ?

I started playing in june 2018

 

As you can see on the picture, the patch notes say 5.7 legacy of the creators if I remember correctly, is it supposed to look like this or is my game stuck, and if it is stuck, how could I fix it ?

There is currently a bug that the laucher shows only Patch 5.7 but your game should be up to 5.9.1a.

 

As for the Lana Marriage thing, there is another bug where the correct dialog choices are not displayed.

I just posted about this. I am glad I am not the only one with this problem.

 

Hopefully the next patch will correct it??? And when??

Also never received the dialogue option on a character that romanced Lana. Does that mean this option is gone for good if you "missed it", or will they give you the ability later in the game with a patch?
