Hood as headgear.

So since you are seemingly unable to do something about hood up/down, how about this: Make headgears that looks like hoodies, both up and down that goes into the headgear. That way we can have hoods up/down on whatever outfit we like. You already have designs for the hoods, and we already know they are separate from the chest armor as we can see in the animations and when we use helmets that removes the hood.

 

You would sell buttloads of these and your community would be thankful.

I've asked for this before too. It would solve so many cosmetic restrictions easily!

It would be an ok compromise at least. Sure we wouldn't be able to use masks with this variant. But at least we can get to choose which hoods we want and if it stays up or down.

I kinda just wish they would add two more cosmetic slots to the outfit designer, neck and waist. This would allow a neck slot for hoods of various styles but still allow for the various headgear like masks and such. They could also add the neckpieces from the "Martial Pilgrim's Circlet" and the "Unbreakable Defender's Headgear". Many armour sets look much better with these neckpieces and the ability to add them and the various glasses, goggles, visors and helmets would be awesome. The waist slot would be for underneath the belt to add a variety of sashes, waistwraps and butt flaps.
