BlueShiftRecall
I'm sure something is planned for May 4th. Forgot about that coming up, surprised now that when they delayed 5.9 they didn't leave it for a few extra days till May 4th. Nightblazer
Let me check the calendar let's see. Umm I believe it's happening on the 7th of never through to the 15th of ain't gonna happen. SteveTheCynic
Forgot about that coming up, surprised now that when they delayed 5.9 they didn't leave it for a few extra days till May 4th. Because May the first is a Tuesday, and May the Fourth is not. "Main" patches are always released on Tuesdays. (Lettered mini-patches e.g. 5.8a sometimes happen on other days, most often Thursdays.) This is in stark contrast with GW2 which never takes the game down for maintenance and can ship patches any time they want. If you're in-game, you get two hours of warnings to log out and pick up the patch, after which you are booted out.
