Asking for the following as QoL suggestions for 6.0:

MAPS: Make it so that once a player has completed all 4 class stories, each world map uses the data for the most coverage among a legacy. Example: If a player who has completed all 4 class stories has explored all of Nar Shadaa (even on a new character to that legacy), then when a newly rolled character gets to nar shadaa, the map is completely revealed.

Uprisings: Give Uprisings a point. Be it gear, increased CXP, decorations, something - there is no reason for me to do uprisings, and I want there to be.

NO. Well, unless it is optional. Do not FORCE me to play with unconditionally revealed maps. (I like using the reveal process as a way of judging my progress around a planet. Well. Except Corellia.)

Oh, yes, and remember that there are EIGHT class stories, not four.

Map reveals are also a great way to gain CXP while leveling, so no. There is value to exploring each planet if you have the legacy exploration buffs enabled. If you run that with the DvL event gear with a CXP boost, you can level quite quickly and substantially. As the above poster said, only if it is optional. Otherwise you'd be taking away from others.

I agree with the others above, if done the map must be optional, I use my maps to show where my characters have not yet been and where I may find more quests. Only once I a satisfied that I have completed my class, planetary and bonus series would I then reveal the rest of the map.
