Looking for HM raiding team

I am a HM raider who has cleared all the following Hard modes: TFB, SNV, DF, DP, 2/4 EC, and 3/5 Ravagers. I am currently in a Hard mode group with <R O G U E> (imp side) trying to kill Master and Blaster. I raid with them on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm EST. I am trying to trying to get into another raid team.

 

I play several classes. I play as a healer or as a dps.

 

• DPS: My main character is a Lightning Sorc who has full 248 gear (I also have a mirroring sage also 248) and I can parse about 9k on a dummy. I also play Rage Marauder but not as often which also has full 248 gear.
  
• Heals: I can play all three heal specs. I have a sorc, a operative, and a merc healer which all have around 248 gear. I don't play pub side too often but if needed I can gear one of my sages for healing.
  

 

I would be willing to raid on imp or pub side but most of characters are geared on imp side.

 

For availability I am free anytime on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I am not available on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I can raid on Fridays but only around 8 pm.
