Not too many red dots but it kept jumping over 200 and never went below about 130 ms the whole time. Which isn't terrible itself but the spiking to 600 or 2000+ is obnoxious. Your pingplots are very useful and I am trying to get these sent to the net team for followup , I am also of the view what ever is occurring is at or very near the EA gateway and warrants closer inspection. 1) The most interesting part here to me is that Owen... who is a representative on the EA support site for this page... has made no comments one way or the other. Why not reach out to Owen if you are so much in need of an answer. Anyone can insert pingplots directly into posts at https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/bd-p/star-wars-the-old-republic-en for review. Swtor CS will also see them there too, not so much here. Thanks for weighing in Owen. You are a beacon of sanity in an otherwise largely chaotic discussion. One ongoing problem we have here with the link you provided ---> apparently there are few forum members that either do not care to do so, or even know about it. Heck.. it's like pulling teeth here to even get players having issues to do some objective troubleshooting and data gathering. Would it be possible for you to get the studio to allow you to make a sticky (a closed thread so it does not get spammed to death) on the general discussion forum here where you can put in a handful of useful links and references to recurring issues like this?
