MasterofDanger Posted April 8, 2018 Share Posted April 8, 2018 Ive tried all known fixes for this bug and its doing it STILL, Including going to the next available quest planets and it STILL will not trigger or play correctly,,,keep in mind I'm writing this in 2018 and this was after he server mergers AND ive played both agent classes with NO previous Issues on one server already..now I'm playing a different server and I'm getting this bug now...can anyone help and lend me a hand to find a fix or solution to this problem....BESIDES USING A DIFFERENT PC...or letting someone use my account in their own PC to bypass the issue that way...??? I have Also Deleted and Recreated The Same toon to see If That would Possibly Fix It and ive Arrived at the SAME problem... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lammia Posted April 8, 2018 Share Posted April 8, 2018 What are your graphic settings? If it's possible, can you lower them? It could help get you through the problematic cutscene. There are a number of known bugs in the IA story where the holoterminal conversations can freeze that way. When I played an IA it happened five times. The only thing that fixed it was CS manually advancing the character past the stuck point. So you might need to sit tight and just wait for CS to get to it. There are a number of quests where they know it can happen. The CSR was kind enough to give me a list of those quests. You might ask for it so you aren't surprised if it happens again. Bit of a pain that the IA story can be so buggy. I'd love to play it again but I can't deal with all those freeze-ups. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
