excellent customer service!!

.... That is not what I've found from SWTOR. I promptly got a reply and it said my ticket needed a bit more information for them the resolve it and instead of giving me the opportunity to provide those details, they close the ticket out right. Apparently this guy Joshua from customer support doesn't understand what a resolution actually is.

 

So, then have I re-submit the same issue in another ticket. The new ticket has been sitting in the ticket que for a week now, not a peep from anyone about it's status or if it's even getting worked on. I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this problem. Still, when you're told in one ticket that all's they need is a couple of details to fix it, you provide them and here it is over week of time and it's still not taken care of?? I even looked up the EA contact us list, only to find the webpage is blank, there is no actual contact us list or numbers whatsoever.

 

Just another drop in the bucket of reasons why people are leaving the game in droves....

 

If your intention was to show an utter disregard for your own customer base, BW/EA, I must say mission accomplished..... /sarcastic clap.

Tell me about it. I made the mistake of logging out my main character in my friends Stronghold. For the Last 3 days- Going on Four, I have been unable to access that character within and infinite loading screen listed here.

 

 

I have called customer service, The FIRST time they respond they have sent a message out and a Specialist will contact me over the server momentarily. TWO HOURS GO BY. I call Customer Service again, explain that my issue STILL has not been resolved. This time they tell me they have absolutely no authority or way in which to contact the Specialists whom assist within the game. THAT THEY ONLY HANDLE BILLING ISSUES. She stated that she would send a email notifying them of my dissatisfaction with the response time...

 

This is infuriating for the HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS invested into this game, in which I HAVE SUPPORTED SINCE LAUNCH.

 

And No Help in sight.

Do you use bitraider to login? If so delete the bitraider folder in your swtor folder. Then lauch the loader. It will auto download the info and reinstall. Then try the character. I had this same issue and the customer support specialist I got actually helped me with this remedy.
