I also have an xbox and would love if maybe they brought the game over? Im sure the people who play and pay for the game would love the idea, it would def bring a bigger player industry. You can probably find a list of em somewhere, it has the same limitations other PC MMOs have in regards to consoles. Especially with the ability bloat that exists in this game, there are just not enough ways to map abilities on a console controller and still have it be competitivey viable in any way Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Especially with the ability bloat that exists in this game, there are just not enough ways to map abilities on a console controller and still have it be competitivey viable in any way besides that it would take too long to come up with a pc port to console and patch up everything to the inferior console models anyway since they are a static hardware system, then there is the matter of tying up the multiplayer aspects and getting sony and microsoft to work together and with EA to run this system without problems in a persistent online state. there is also how old the x1 and ps4 consoles are, i know microsoft is bringing out an updated x1 console later in the year and another in the future and i know not what sony are doing. chances are that EA may want to wait for the next generation of consoles rather than spending money on an old console to port over, assuming there was any interest to try. Jarons Posted July 24, 2017 Share Posted July 24, 2017 There a few MMO on the differnt consoles.For example Xbox has Neverwinter and Elder scrolls online.Black Desert Online and Tera both coming to Xbox.Playstation has Final fantasy.Swtor is older than most of those MMO and wouldnt be a problem porting over. The minimal requirements for this game is low and console hardware currently are higher than you need to run this game.The issue is mapping the controller realistically controllers would only have access to 11-12 keys.There no issues with porting a game from a hardware standpoint,When it comes to controls it gets tricky.
