Change Forum User Account Name

They use an old version of VBulletin here that involves a software bridge between this software and the Drupal install they use for the main site and (it appears) account information.

 

I don;t recall it being possible with this version of the software unless it was done by the admin.

 

Considering current issues with ticket response time, I don;t see this happening.

 

edit: I don;t recall it occurring with the current v5 either but I don;t have an install handy to check on.

Interesting I didn't realise it was Drupal. I am a Joomla and WP developer and know that there are a number of CMS community plugins and components available. TBH I haven't worked in drupal in 10 years so I haven't the foggiest idea if such things are still developed for that CMS.

Yea, it;s still going. I run a webhosting company that caters to soccer moms and Drupal is one of the major softwares we get our clients to use.

 

I;m sure it can be done with admin intervention but, considering recent threads about ticket response time, I think many folks would be annoyed if time was diverted to that task.
