DarthEnrique
This is not an advertising for my refer a friend link this is a legit claim. I was going through my Cartel Coin history and I did not receive my 600 free Cartel Coins for refer a friend in December at all the last time I was given them was November 26, 2016! What a jip! This is also to raise awareness so be sure to check yours as well. Add-on This link: https://account.swtor.com/user/cartelcoins will take you where you can check your Cartel Coins. Anduhar
You don't get 500 coins each month for the same referral. You get 500-600 up front and then another 100 coins each month for each month that referral remains subscribed. If you're talking about the double coins referral promotion, that started on Dec 15 (so you only get credit for referrals after that date) and you were supposed to get your normal 500-600 as usual and then another 500 for each referral that was subscribed by Jan 3rd. Those extra coins were meant to be delivered to everyone on Jan 5th. If you have missing coins from the promotion (or just the initial 500-600), try opening an in-game ticket. Many people have missing coins from that promotion. But so far, I haven't heard of anyone being granted their missing coins. Here's a thread discussing missing promotion coins: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=909911 Here's the rules page for clarification, looks like they still have the double coins promotion listed on there: http://www.swtor.com/info/friends Edited January 14, 2017 by Anduhar

I'm looking again and 600 has been normal, I can even give dates from my thing if you don't believe me. Why do people got to argue with someone who knows what they are and aren't getting? I'm going to go ahead and give the dates I received 600 Cartel Coins since you want to argue with me: In 2016 I've been granted 600 Coins for "Friends Referral Grant": 2/09/2016 8/13/2016 9/15/2016 9/27/2016 10/13/2016 11/26/2016 I know for a fact back in 2015 I got the 600 monthly but I'm not going back that far to prove it. I just now realized that I've not gotten it like I should. Edited January 14, 2017 by DarthEnrique
Mubrak
When someone used your referral link and was a subscriber (or became one within 14 days) then you get 600cc. For every month they stay subscribed you get another 100cc. When you "normally" got 6x 100cc per month, then those 6 players unsubscribed. When you "normally" got 1x 600cc per month, then nobody used your link (and subscribed) in december.

Honestly I think they need to make 100% clarifications on this stuff and two I've posted about this before but it says in my refer a friend Rewards Tracker says I get or got 1200 and I know I never did, they really DO need to fix this thing, I honestly wish I never got involved, I mean yeah having all 5 rewards is cool but they don't seem to have a grip on it and it's too over complex and confusing. Add-on: the one that say 1200 use to say 600 so I have no idea what's wrong with this thing it's too complex and honestly wish I wasn't a part of it if they are not going to clarify and fix issues cause mine seems really messed up. I just now realized that I've not gotten it like I should. What's with the hostility? Nobody is trying to "argue" with you. We're just trying to understand what you're even talking about. The way the referral system works is that you get 600 CC from someone who clicks your link who is already subscribed. As far as I'm aware, the tracker does not account for current subscribers clicking your link, it will still just say "X days left to Subscribe." but you'll still get CC and it should say that in your ledger. If someone clicks your link and then subscribes within 14 days after clicking, you'll get 500 CC. Additionally, you get 100 CC every month a referral stays subscribed to the game. You also get 500 CC each month that you remain subscribed but that is not related to the referral system, this is just a subscriber bonus. The subscriber bonus increases over time up to 600 CC as long as you stay subscribed for consecutive months. The only time you get 500-600 CC from referrals are when someone actually clicks your link. This is not a guaranteed thing. This happens once per referral as long as they are currently subscribed when clicking or they subscribe within 14 days after clicking your link. Then you get the 100 per month for that referral as long as they stay subscribed. Here's the rules: http://www.swtor.com/info/friends If you have been getting multiple instances of 500-600 CC for the same referral then the system must be bugged for you and that should not be happening. If this really is happening, then on your "Refer a Friend" section of your account page it'll show large amounts of CC next to each of your referrals in the "Reward" column, probably in the range of 1200-2400 CC. As the other person said, if 6 people on your referred list unsubscribed, then that will add up to a loss of 600 CC per month. If you were getting, on average, one person clicking your link per month, but in December nobody clicked it, then that would account for a 500-600 CC loss for that month. If you're seeing increases in CC in your ledger but not in-game then this is an entirely separate issue. If this is the case, you might want to reexamine your ledger and make sure that the "Balance" column is correctly adding and subtracting the "Amount" column throughout December. You may also be paying CC costs in-game that you didn't realize you were paying. There are a lot of little things that add up over time, appearance changes, Collection unlocks, character / account unlocks, etc. If you are sure you're missing CC, then you might want to open an in-game ticket and see if they can restore anything. PetFish
Why don't you do what you should have done and contact customer service? You know nobody here can do anything about it so what do you even expect? Just another excuse to post another one of your usual whines, I guess. Why you're even still subscribing to a game you obviously hate is beyond me.
