BeoAzazel Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 Good Morning, So I made the new-jack mistake of deleting a character from my roster and completely forgot that character was wearing the Victorious Pioneers Armor set. I wanted to get it back (for obvious reasons) so I made a ticket 30754836 on the 10th when it happened but yet to receive any sort of indication that anyone even viewed it. Zerileth Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 If I want a character deleted returned, I put in all caps "SCOOBY" which is the code for customer service to undelete a character of mine. I tell them the name, server, class and approximate time I deleted it. It usually takes only a few days or less. I've done it several times in the last few years. Good luck.
