Hello, I've made a ticket two days ago about a character restoration. I received nothing, yet I made an email towards the Staff. It's my first time doing a ticket by myself so I ask if it's supposed to take that long for this service request? Edited by Cristicrs

If for some reason you decide to open another ticket on the subject, you may or may not have better results if you include the term "scooby" within the text of the ticket. Do note that I am against opening multiple tickets on the same issue as that's considered abuse against the employees and you should wait to see what happens with this one. Rumor is that that term will auto short the ticket to the right person but it may no longer work.

 

A forum search for either "character restoration" or "ticket response time" should pull up additional previous threads on this subject.
