Ylliarus Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 So I have a small issue with KotET that is kind of bugging me. It is really small and doesn't have much impact on the game but it is just a cosmetic thing that would add to my immersion in the game. The issue I have is the fact that Theron and Lana and others in and outside the Eternal Alliance are still calling the Outlander "Commander" while I specifically chose to become Emperor or Empress. It kind of bugs me because it makes me feel as if the Outlander is not taken seriously by foreign powers such as Acina but also even people within the Alliance they lead. It kind of breaks the narrative for me because Napoleon for example would not take kindly to being called "General" by his most trusted advisors after he had crowned himself Emperor. It is just a cosmetic thing I get it, but with the choice of either Peacekeeper or Emperor/Empress I want to see actual changes between the two. I want to receive those in-game mails after chapter 9 in which the senders adress me as Emperor/Empress when I made that choice. So I really hope that is something that can be changed so that the narrative appears whole and consistent again. If not, then neither Theron or Lana must think highly of the Outlander if they call him Commander when he/she declared "I am your Emperor/Empress" :/

At least the budget is not so low anymore you're constantly being called "Outlander". Maybe Bioware should try to hire Gault for a slush fund XD
