cfcstl
You can by the level 9 artifact mats from the scrap peddlers but they don't sell the level 10 artifact mats. I see stacks of 100 for sale on the gtn. Is there another way to get this mat besides criting a mission?
Damedius
I doubt. Probably someone with a few maxxed out companions running missions all the time. If you max influence you can get a fairly high crit rate.
psandak
There is no way other than the missions at this point. Doing the math: a single player with 8 characters all with treasure hunting and 4 companions each at rank 50 (32 total companions) could net ~220 ranrts per hour. Why someone would do this? because they can . Edited December 30, 2016 by psandak
Storm-Cutter
There is no way other than the missions at this point. Why someone would do this? because they can . If you look at the investment to get 32 companions to rank 50 ( assuming no exploit) it's a considerable time and credit sink. - Which is why prices for big stacks are high. -But if your needs are few, you can buy a stack of 100, and take the few you need and relist the rest at a little over the individual price -If you can spare the time, split them into 2s or 4s or 8s or w/e You can also do varying activities for credits and just buy what you need ( unless you need scores). - Even at 100K a piece, it' s only 10-12 minutes on Ziost spinning around the dailies or 3-4 H2s ( if you choose carefully) for example. OR you could PM the vendor and ask if they'd do a small stack at a price- they'd probably give you a bit of a discount to avoid the GTN tax if they're decent people. - And the majority are.
