Danjamstan
I just boosted a character to lvl 60 to do the expansions, but when I start them it takes away all my abilities. Is this supposed to happen? I can't really attack or dps without them
psandak
I just boosted a character to lvl 60 to do the expansions, but when I start them it takes away all my abilities. Is this supposed to happen? I can't really attack or dps without them When you start a boosted character you are given the option of normal or tutorial mode. Tutorial mode removes most of the abilities at the start but relatively quickly adds them as you go. Normal mode is all abilities available. You must have accidentally implemented tutorial mode. I do not know how to fix it, but I know there is a way to do so because I inadvertently did the same thing a year ago. Worst case scenario is that you play with what you have and get your abilities back as you play.
Anduhar
You've started in tutorial mode. To disable tutorials, I believe you can press Esc, go to tutorials, and disable it from there.
PanVlk
When you press escape, the first button on the list says "disable tutorials". Click it and your abilities will go back instantly.
JediQuaker
When you press escape, the first button on the list says "disable tutorials". Click it and your abilities will go back instantly. FYI - This only applies after you have started the chapter.

SteveTheCynic
a useless option for headaches For brand-new players who've decided to pile in using an insta60 or insta70 character, it's not *completely* useless, since it does at least introduce their abilities a few at a time, but for pretty much anyone else, it's sub-useful, for sure.
