Class Quest - Some People Just Need Killing - Darth Tormen Missing

I see that this is a recurring bug - I am trying to get past it by opening up an in-game ticket but so far cannot get any help. I tried resetting the quest by zoning out to the fleet and reset, but that did not work. I recently returned to the game and want to finish up the class quests and start on the new content.

 

Support - please help!

I had a problem finding DT on the Tyrant...I tried everything that was suggested, but nothing worked...UNTIL...I went to another planet (and any planet will do, I think) and was then able to RESET the mission. The next time I went to the Tyrant, the Darth was right where he was supposed to be!

Well, I've rest and DT is still not there and I'm pretty angry that they've known about this for a long time and they haven't bothered to fix it, so my character cannot complete his class quest line. URGH!
