Darkbloom
Hello Bioware, I am happy to hear there will be Command Tokens of some sort in 5.1, and I'm also happy that you are considering how to make Galactic Command less grindy. Like a lot of people I feel that the more difficult content, whether group or solo, does not reward enough CXP. However, there is a challenge here, and I recognize it. Let me back up a second. I absolutely love the fact that there are Veteran Story chapters, and even though the difficulty is a little too uneven, I hope that there continue to be really challenging modes for solo players. But the uneven difficulty makes CXP balancing difficult. Let's take Chapters 1 and 2 of KotET as examples. If you awarded the amount of CXP that I think is reasonable for all Veteran mode chapters based on how difficult Chapter 2 is, then here is the problem. Almost no one will do Chapter 2 more than once on Veteran mode. They will just do Chapter 1 over and over again. Also, if you award CXP based on how difficult Chapter 1 is, then the same thing will occur. No one will do Chapter 2. They'll just do Chapter 1 over and over again (or they won't bother with Veteran chapters at all.) The same thing is even more true for group content. There is a big difference in difficulty and time required for all of the HM operations. And it is really extreme for Flashpoints. The difference between Mastery level Blood Hunt or Depths of Manaan versus, say, Athiss and Hammer Station, is really intense. In order to get CXP right for Veteran chapters, Mastery level flashpoints, and operations in general, there is going to need to be big differences between the amount of CXP awarded for the different flashpoints and operations. Unfortunately I don't really have the time or patience to suggest an actual framework for which operations and flashpoints should award what. I guess maybe I'm hoping other people will jump in on that. I'm just trying to point out that the more difficult content rewards not nearly enough CXP, but that "brute force" increases are going to backfire. You'll just have the same problem you had previously where people did only HM KP or whatever. This last point is more a request than a suggestion, since I know this content isn't exactly all that popular anyway: but please increase CXP for some of the "out-of-the-way" content like Star Fortresses. Also, please put the decorations (from everywhere) that got taken out of the loot tables back in! Thanks for reading.

What I mean is that the CXP for more difficult content needs to go up. But it needs to go up a lot more for, say, Mastery Level Depths of Manaan than for, say, Mastery Level Hammer Station. "Brute force" upgrades are only going to lead to nerfs because people will just take the easiest Mastery or Veteran level content and run it over and over again.
