Mubrak
The A4-5000 with the integrated HD 8330 was a somewhat okayish notebook APU in 2013. While SWTOR may be from 2011, it's very CPU heavy, and not very well optimized. It will keep desktop machines busy that have no problems running 2016 titles in 4K with full details. Your only hope is setting everything to low details, especially shadows, grass and character limits, Graphics may not be your main issue, though, and there isn't much you can do to reduce the CPU load. Nameplates, especially when scaling can be an issue, so try to disable them. Edited December 15, 2016 by Mubrak
JediQuaker
I agree. Unfortunately you are going to need a better CPU. If it's a desktop, you might be able to upgrade the APU to a better A6 or A8 model. But, I tried running SWTOR on a newer A8-7600 and it was too laggy to be really playable. You best bet would be to upgrade to a newer Intel i5 (plus motherboard and possibly, RAM) - or wait for AMD Ryzen. If it's a laptop, you're SOL. You'd need a better laptop. BountyAtadon
As this people above already said, SWTOR is CPU heavy. I recommend upgrading it to i5 or higher. To play for now i recommend disabling CPU heavy settings and set everything to low. If its indeed a laptop you need to buy a new laptop.
