Metallicarob Posted December 8, 2016 Share Posted December 8, 2016 Okay so after creating my level 65 boost I decided (wish at this point I wish it was thought out more) to delete the boost before doing so I made certain that I would be refunded the token. Additionally, I did not complete any quests or gain any exp whatsoever, in fact, all I did was log in after creation then log out. Problem is when I deleted this toon and confirmed via pop-up that deleting the toon would result in the boost token refund I did not get the refunded token. So I did what anyone would do and put in a ticket, it has now been days and I have submitted more than one, with (big surprise here) no response..... So my question is...will the ticket finally get answered and has anyone else had this problem before? if so how was it resolved? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes, a ticket properly and coherently written, will be responded to. The clearer and more polite you make the ticket, the better your chances of success. As long as they can verify your claim from their data lookup, and you did not violate the boundary conditions of losing the token... I'm sure they will replace it for you. Thing is... since this was heavily exploited in 4.0 for gear by some players... they put the disqualifying line on a very short leash for boost refunds. Now.. there are a lot of frivolous tickets in their queue now I am sure... it's what some people do when they are upset.. so you may have to be patient for a response. If that is not acceptable, you might try calling live support and see if they can help move things forward.
