Ingame tickets ignored

So Im a returning player and of-course I die. Then a bug where there's no revive option. I create a ticket. No response. It's been hours. I can't do anything. Character stuck doesn't work.

And I literally just paid for 2 months to top it all off. So I'm basically out $30 now.

Why is customer support complete crap?

The weekend is when they should have the most customer support staff as that is when server population is the highest.

Yes, but they are people too, and most people don't work weekends or work very little. Being a cm or working at support doesn't change that.

In pretty much every online games I've played support wasn't all that active during the weekends.

Its absolutely rediclous. I'm pretty sure they abandoned this game. Making a phone call is completely useless. It honestly blows my mind that character stuck doesn't revive you. WoW had that crap down years ago. What the hell EA

Or perhaps not being ignored. There have been multiple issues recently with tickets disappearing, and there's some thought (although no official word yet) that there's a problem with the ticket system.

There's a topic at Answers HQ that gives a possible workaround to getting issues resolved. Read through that topic's posts and you'll get to one that suggests emailing to support, and what information to include. That seems to be helping some people.

Way ahead of you, I emailed them, did Answers, Tweeted at them, messaged them on facebook.

NOTHING.

I'm almost certain they abandon this game.

I've never had a problem with ticket responses.

This. You need to file a customer service ticket on any topic other than BUG. let them know exactly what the problem is.

Also try running a repair on your swtor files and see if that helps.

Your ignorance of real life is showing quite badly here. Rest assured, in most industries people DO work on weekends, there are techs on on-call duty and so on. And yes, they are people too. I'm one of them.

Yesterday I've noticed my ticket was deleted. Not even standard protocol droid msg. Just deleted.

You're not the only one to notice that. Lots of folks are reporting it happening to them.

What's weird is I opened 2 tickets on character name issues and both of them were responded to fairly quickly. Don't know if either one of them were dealt with but they got responded to.

A friendly reminder that staff members are people to. Considering how folks post around here, they may be just deleting the ones with too many obscene remarks in them.

SWTOR is a business...more or less. And with businesses open 24/7, there should be 24/7 CS. No, I am not saying one guys stays up all weekend. But maybe (like most of us) a weekend crew that takes shifts...whatever, point is, I think the CS can be much much better with minimal effort.
