When are we gonna get The Rapid recon Walker?

No, Tait Watson said in the chat of the Wednesday Nov 23 livestream that all rewards are going out with the official expansion launch on Dec 2.

Well, I thought those who qualified for early access would get all the rewards on the 29th.

Nope. Any sub who qualifies for early access will get it on the 29th.

Wrong, did you not read what the poster said above you? In the stream Musco thought it was going to be the 29th for early access then was corrected by someone off camera and then stated it would be when the expansion was released for all, not early access, on the 2nd.

Early access should get the rewards early.

This is what the terms and conditions state for the rewards:

To qualify for the Knights of the Eternal Throne Pre-Order Rewards, the player must be a Premium player (subscriber status) as of the date listed by the reward. Knights of the Eternal Throne rewards are delivered through in-game mail or mission and are redeemable as of the launch of the expansion.

Thought it was the DvL stuff he talked about like the companion? Makes sense if all the rewards are on the same day for both DvL and subscriber rewards though

Other promotional stuff that we got through in-game mail (such as the Hutt holotrainer for the Makeb expansion) has always been in-game on patch day (ie start of early access), not the "official release day" a few days later when the new content gets unlocked for whatever few players are eligible to access it but didn't qualify for early access. (The way they market "release day" with these is completely meaningless. All of the data for the new content and the promotional rewards and everything that will change for all users with or without access to the new content gets patched into the game a few days before that advertised date.)

If they're really handling things different this time and holding the system mail back a couple days though...? Meh, it's just a couple days difference, ending just as quickly as that joke that they call "early access" does. *shrug*

I would guess it's because the DvL rewards aren't part of early access and they want to do all the mail stuff on the same day, probably for technical reasons.

Kind of silly tho, whatever the reason. I mean, like you said, it's just a couple of days. But then, early access itself is "just a couple of days."

Just a little disappointing to know that early access will feel half-assed in terms of actual access. Kinda makes me wonder about the point of paying for it. I mean, I was subbed through it anyway, but in a marketing sense, it seems really sloppy.

it says on the 27th:mad::(

No it says you have to be a subsciber on the 27th to get the reward.

The rewards will be "delivered through in-game mail or mission and are redeemable as of the launch of the expansion. "

Agreed. We should be able to go through the expansion with our new toys like everyone else will when it drops officially. By the time we're able to use them, most of us will be done with the premiere episode.

That's what I was kind of thinking and why it's a little disappointing.

On Facebook they wrote: Shae and/or the Walker will be in your in-game Mailbox on Nov. 29th, when Early Access to Knights of the Eternal Throne kicks in!

That was on the 21st. We'll see...
