We pay a ridiculous price for an MMO to begin with and then they get tons of money. Servers are over populated. And now, the game is down all day. It saves money on tech labor and allows more money to go to programmers or infrastructure upgrades. This thead is juvenile and short-sighted. This will not only do the maintenance when the least people are playing, but it will also help giving the basement nerds a normalized sleeping pattern! Taking the servers down when people should be doing something (i.e. during the day) like oh I dunno, work/school/college/uni is far better than waiting till everyone gets home, has dinner then sits down to play SWTOR only to find the servers going down right at the peak of when people are online.
