Refer a friend- page doesn't exist?

So, when I go to http://www.swtor.com/info/friends there's a big links that says "invite a friend".

 

When I click said link, it takes me to https://account.swtor.com/user/refer

 

And that page gives me a message,

Page Not Found

 

This page is not available. This may be because you do not have permission to access it or the page may not exist. If you feel you should not be receiving this error, please contact us.

 

So have they scrapped the refer-a-friend program?

Dev posts said temporarily disabled (going on two weeks or so now?) until they fix some issues.

Hey folks,

 

During maintenance we discovered an issue with our referral program. We have gone ahead and temporarily disabled it until we can address it. If you already have someone referred, you will still receive your rewards normally during this time. However, while it is disabled, you cannot refer any new players. Your referral links will not work during this time.

 

Once we have a timeframe on getting things resolved we will pass it on. Thanks everyone.
