Purchased a Togruta Race unlock, cannot create a Togruta Character.

I purchased it for 1,000,000 Credits off the GTN and used it. When I went to Character Creation, it said I had not unlocked it. Now I'm down 1 million credits and a new race :/

Try to logg out of the game entirely

Then relogg and try.

 

I had a similar type issue With some cartel coin, they didn't register on my account "in game" BUT were paid for and registered on account page.

 

I reloaded the game, and then it worked.

 

is the only thing I can, think of.

 

The altenative is to file a ticked.....I heard they take time though

Sent a ticket before I had posted this, along with restarting the game.

 

I'm going to check if I got a CS answer to my ticket in a bit.

Bump. This is seriously annoying.

 

EDIT: CS has not answered my ticket, and quitting and relogging does not fix this issue.
