Fearlesszzct Posted November 25, 2015 Posted November 25, 2015 Hi, im currently playing as a lvl 30 trooper, with the new influence system i have the influences of my companions at max lvl 19. I have yet to see any of the companion quests apart from the starting quest. At what level do i start getting to see the companion quests or will i have to level them to 50?
DocDAM Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 With 4.0, companion quests are no longer tied to Influence level. They are triggered by story progress. So it is your story level, not your influence or your character level, that determines comp quest triggering. Maybe you are a way over-leveled 30, what is your actual story progress? BUT ... quests are only triggered when you are in a rest zone (cantinas, your Strongholds, and ...) many are are only triggered from your ship. So check with them and if they say something like "I want to talk to you where it is private" or "back on the ship", do accordingly. You should see a little ? (I think) near their UI icon as well.

I just recently started a bounty hunter and Mako has not had any quests for me except for her introduction. I just finished the nar shadaa storyline and find it weird that I have received no quests from her.
Jedi_riches Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 If you look in the bug section, there are several people who say that they are not getting new conversations with their companions, it appears that a bug is stopping people speaking to their companions, the main ones I have seen are Bounty hunter and Warrior.

I don't think it got fixed, I am on Balmorra with my sage and I haven't had any conversations or quests with Qyzen or Tharan since I got them except for when they joined my crew.
