Beachdudeca Posted November 24, 2015 Author Posted November 24, 2015 the 12% ,,, Nerf was 75% , that brought Healing down to a 1/4 of what it was the buff of healing was less then 50% , but that only represents about 12% of where it started when 4.0 launched

He just blindly repeats the 75% mantra which was never an overall nerf, just a specific number people saw for a specific heal (in which people compared crits to non-crits based on the fact that they critted less). This is what happens when people can't even be bothered to try a nerf or a buff before complaining about it.

That is something a bunch of bitter people made up in their heads and when asked for numbers they gave out some ludicrous comp ehps numbers that would have been enough to beat some HM operation boss requirements in 3.0. sjscorpiomark Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 not sure what the numbers were in 4.0 vs 4.0.2 vs 4.0.2a and it doesn't matter to me what the exact figures were. bottom line for a newish player with no legacy buffs and low influence comps was this: 4.0 OP healing comps, dps was a little high, tank not tested. 4.0.2 UP healing comps, UP dps comps, tank not tested. 4.0.2a Strong but not OP healing comps, about right DPS comps, tank not tested. your mileage may very depending on influence, legacy/presence bonuses, gear, ability etc.... but to me I think 4.0.2 is just about perfect strength for my characters/comp influence levels etc.... Will reaching 65, getting more presence and 50 influence make the comps OP only time will tell but at least for me and my play style that is many months away for now I am perfectly happy where they have the comps as of 4.0.2a.
