ZanyaCross Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 (edited) Since we're already building armies of functionally interchangeable companions we rarely talk to, why not do something really interesting with it? What about being able to temporarily bring out your alts as companions? Have the Jedi Guardian you rolled tank for your gunslinger? Your operative DPS for your juggernaut? Or really go wild and make it cross-faction? The estranged Jedi son of your Sith lord aids him in his time of need? All of a sudden the "family tree" you could build in your legacy window would take on some actual meaning, especially on RP servers. More importantly, you could have truly unique comps that nobody else does! Only caveat would be to make sure the comp-alt outfits couldn't be edited (unless you switched to that character) to prevent shenanigans with items or outfits they haven't unlocked. Other than that, this doesn't seem like much of a technical leap from what they can do with the current system. Edited November 19, 2015 by ZanyaCross
