Where can I find rotation, builds for a lvl 35 jugg?

I'm stuck as I came back after years, now Im clueless about rotation, what to get, what powers do, I tried to do a solo flashpoint and coudnt pass the first wave, clueless about the build.

 

Pls help me out I want to return to the game but I'm stuck at it.

BTW, aside from Esseles/BT, Flashpoint soloing is a lot harder now (if possible at all?) with the post-4.0 level-sync. At least I know I got my a** handed to me when I tried soloing Hammer Station.
