One is the front line veteran armor and the other is the frontline defender armor.

Some from the cartel market sets and several that are player crafted. I'm not in game at the moment or I would log on my Armormech and get the names for you but you may be able to find them if you do a search on the GTN for helmet, adaptive. Also keep in mind that gear, including helmets, can change appearance depending on which faction you are on. Some items will have a completely different look on the Republic side than it will on the Imperial side. Take care and good luck finding your helmet
