Strive-US Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Both Sith. Both Warriors. Both leaders of the Empire. Who is the greater among the two (in a fight and overall)?
cs_zoltan Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 They have comparable accolades, but Malgus has better feats.
nimmerstil Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 There are many vs. threads where there is no known outcome to a hypothetical battle, but these two opposed each other, if not in direct combat, and Marr was victorious. When Malgus lost his coup and died, Marr was still standing as the unofficial leader of the Dark Council.

When Malgus lost his coup and died, Marr was still standing as the unofficial leader of the Dark Council. This is the answer because he may not have physically gone and fought Malgus, but he used his resources or minions so to speak. Marr had a ton of influence in the Empire and was beloved by its citizens. Beating an opponent sometimes doesn't have to be in person rather through intellect, strategy, influence, force, and resources. Marr used them all to take him down which would make him the victor for sure.
Arunblackstaff Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 I personally think Marr is tactically superior while Malgus might be the superior warrior. Force-wise? Don't know, but Marr could become a force ghost which leads me to believe that Marr might have been in better attunement with the force than Malgus. Mere speculations of course.
