Starkweather
I recently purchased a "Gold" armor pack from the Cartel Market for 1200 Cartel Coins. I received a MA-44 Combat Armor Set and an Outrider's Flight Jacket. These items are easily available for purchase in the Equipment Section of the Cartel Market. 'The Gold Armor Pack offers only the absolute best armor sets the galaxy has to offer." Upon reviewing the Cartel Market AND the Legacy Collection pane, I noticed that there is no tooltip clearly stating that these are "gold" quality armors. In fact, the info for the item is wrong in the description, using the pre-4.0 stats. I realize that in the Expanded Details, there is a gold cartel market symbol on the armor piece itself. But, this is misleading as the majority of other armors listed in the Legacy Collection Pane have statements like "This is a BRONZE item...This is a GOLD item..." etc. If I had known that I would be gambling for a rare item only to receive an INFINITELY COMMON item, I would have most likely reconsidered spending additional money on this purchase. I will be following up with Customer Service as I believe that the mislabeled items constitute a greater issue than a "bug". I 'knew' they'd go for that kind of garbage, putting in the Cartel Market armors in the gold boxes. Yet another reason not to bother with those packs. I do thank you for confirming this, at least. Was not a complete waste, even if it's little comfort to you. But dang, that's crappy.
Anaesha
This is the BS that is why I want them to just 86 the whole freaking pack system and put EVERYTHING in the CM as individual items or sets for armor.

I just got off of the phone after speaking with a very nice woman who identified herself as "Ann". I was repeatedly told that I could not receive a refund as I had opened the pack. When I attempted to explain to her that I was not requesting a refund, rather I was calling to report that there is information in the game that was erroneous, she directed me to contact: In Game Support, support@swtor.com, and post something on the forums. *Sent an email and an in-game Customer Service ticket (#21570037) Edited November 16, 2015 by Starkweather Update
