I created a ticket on 11/2 for character restoration(Yes I am an idiot for deleting my main on pure accident). Then on 11/5 it got answered saying I needed to submit a new ticket with certain information and closed that ticket.

The original ticket did have everything they were requesting in a new ticket! So I did submit a new ticket with just the information they asked for in a very simple format they could understand on 11/5.

So now it has been a full week since I put in the second ticket. It took them only 3 days to reply to the first ticket, soo why is it taking so long this time?????

I realize no one that can help me will read this and that I am wasting my time posting this, but I can't talk to customer service as they referred me to put in a ticket in game. So I am just getting frustrated at the wait time.

If they asked you for more information, shouldn't my account be escalated to getting help sooner once I respond with what they need? I mean why should I have to wait over twice as long as the first ticket.

Who knows if they will ever fix this for me.

I have never waited this long before with any companies customer service so I am quite disappointed as of now.

Well it took 26 days total to get my character restored.

Rejoice! Have faith in CS as they will get to your ticket eventually.

Do you mean "reply" by restored? My ticket was sent 11/14 and still no reply from them.

Well the ticket sat in opened status for that time and then it was restored and the ticket was closed. So I guess it did take that long to get a reply.
