Can anyone help me with this please? When they changed the skill ranges for each Grade of material, they failed to update the tooltips on the mission discoveries. The discoveries still return the same grade of mats that they did pre-4.0, but the minimum skill for each grade went up(except for Grade 1, of course). Once you reach the new minimum skill for the mission, you will be able to use it. They posted a table of what skill levels cover each grade, but I don't have the link handy. You should be able to find it without much trouble, though. (Or maybe some other kind soul will post it here.) tl;dr: It's just a display error, your skill is still too low.
