I now can't get in his house, and there is no quest whatsoever to gain rep with him. So I can't basically talk to him and could not find anything useful in the rakghoul tunnels. Any idea on how to proceed?

Any idea on how to proceed? Did you travel there via the alert? Qyzen's alert also has to be finished before you can even attempt to do Lokin's alert. Edited November 11, 2015 by NeroTethras

I traveled there some time ago via the alert. He told me to bring him a bunch of mats. Now I can't enter his home again. I have all the available comps.
