So, based on Dulfy's post, it appears that you can only have 1 open companion recruitment mission from a given source at a time. Over the course of the discussion on these companions being locked behind a PvP wall, many posters were ok with it provided it wouldn't impact other companions or lock out other content unrelated to PvP.

I have three questions from here:

1) Will Theron/Lana have more companion recruitment missions in the future that require finishing the 4X/Pierce mission?

2) If so, will those be more PvP recruitment missions or have other methods of obtaining the companions?

3) If it will require more PvP, will there be an option to abandon the first quest in order to move directly to the next one?

If Theron/Lana is going to offer more companion recruitment in the future that is not related to PvP, then I'm not sure I like the idea of the PvP requirement. If it will require more PvP, then it makes sense to continue down the same line of requirements, but could be problematic if someone is willing to do some PvP for a future companion, but is forced to obtain 4X/Pierce first. If that was the case, I'd prefer to see an option to decline 4X/Pierce to move on to the next companion recruitment without having to fulfill the requirement (same with other missions like Qyzen's where you may not want to grind out points, but want to move on to Lokin).

Not really interested in bringing up the debate on whether there should be any PvP requirements, just looking at the subject based on this new information. This could apply to any companion recruitment in the future basically as there is no way to know what content may be needed in order to get a companion you might really like down the road. It's easy enough to skip a companion if you don't want them, but not if you can't move on to the next companion without finishing their quest first.
