It's more than a bit daunting to think about running all those quests and dailies for every character. I think it should be a job for the legacy. 2) I think it would also be nice, seeing as there is 'world peace' that we have the option to party with friends from opposite factions...it really shouldn't make a difference in KotFE anymore if someone is a Rep or Imp...those things don't exist anymore, they are 'alliance' now...so I see no reason why they couldn't group up for dailies and quests and things.
