My character is level 60 and unable to level any further. I should be able to play the expansion because my account status says I am subscribed. I am unable to contact customer support about the issue in-game because my subscription is invalid. Today I had to phone to get assistance, they told me "I would have to pay for a subscription to unlock the expansion". I have supported this game and played it for many years and this is a bit insulting! Returning players should be welcomed back better than this. So Disappointing. "If you're a subscriber and you require assistance with an issue inside the game, you can create an in-game ticket by clicking on the "Customer Service Help Request" Main Menu option (or by pressing "Ctrl + /") and following the instructions on the "Request Help" tab." Rankyn Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 If you're a "referral subscriber" you do not get access to the expansions. The game will treat you as if you were a subscriber from a gameplay standpoint but you do not get subscriber entitlements.
