jomcole Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 on the 1st of November 2015 , I used a friends referral link so I got 7 day free game time. On the same day I added the one off 60 day Subscription to my account. I logged in this morning to play and found my 7 day trail had finished but it hadn’t switched me over to the 60 day Subscription. I have tried to raise a ticket in game but it wont let me curate a ticket , all the buttons are “greyed out” on the ticket menu. :(
OwenBrooks Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 (edited) Relevant thread here Best is to phone CS but one workaround is select a subscription again and then cancel it with https://account.swtor.com/user/subscription/cancel nothing is charged this restores the account in most cases, you will need to set a subscription back up before it expires.
