themarcthree Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 So I was just trying to connect my mobile security key app on my iPhone to my account and the code I typed in that I got from the website was correct and I check 2 times to make sure of this. I typed the code that was showing up on my security key app and when I typed that in on the website it kept coming up with an error stating something like "Can't find code" or " Code invalid." Something like that and it was working about a few weeks ago but recently I got rid of it because I couldn't log in since it wasn't finding the code I think but I don't know why it is doing this. Any help will be nice.
papragu Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 My guess is because you already authorised your phone for the app. You might want to contact CS, not sure anybody on the forums will be able to help you with this issue.

Here is my guess how this works. each app you download will generate a serial number for that app, the code you get. Then you have to go to the page and enter that code in your account settings to authorise your phone. With this step the code for the app and i gues the IMEI of your phone will be stored in Biowares database. So since you already did this once a while ago, you are not able to do it again with the same phone. I could be totally wrong but in any case your best bet is to contact Support.
