Draveius Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Ok recently I had a problem with the game, my class mission was missing, gone! One day it was there then the next it was gone, I tried calling support but they dont offer in-game support so posted a ticket... its been a week and still no answer, I know they are backed up with the expansions (Knights of the eternal empire) bugs but why cant we have a live chat? I know that they do have one when your ticket is being answered, but its really unacceptable, im paying money to play this game cause I like to support the game but the support is really bad if it takes this long. Why cant they have live support like battle.net? When I had a problem with my game on there I could just go on their website and chat with a live support agent and the issue was fixed. I really think that you should adopt a similar system as I have no complaints with battle.nets support, but I prefer your game.

But I suppose that doesn't help maintain the 'CS sucks' narrative that so many people seem to like.
