Further advice on a rejected customer service ticket

Hi All

 

So i have come across a couple of stuck quests in the game where i can't progress, one where a mission terminal isn't "live" and another where the NPC i need to speak to is missing.

 

I submitted the following customer service ticket in game, but after waiting several days for a response it was rejected due to a lack of detail.

 

Any advice on what else I should put in the ticket? I've read the stickys on raising tickets and when i raise a new ticket I'll include some screenshots and include the planet and map name, but any further advice? Original ticket is below:

 

 

"I am experiencing a bug where i can't complete quests.

 

I have done the tasks for The Missing Holocron but when I return to speak to Master Dolso to complete the quest, Master Dolso is missing (despite being marked on the map).

 

I have got to the end of Disarming House Ulgo quest too, but the Mission Terminal I need to click to complete the quest is not highlighted or responsive."
