Journ Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 FIRST I said I would give your game another go bought it at launch account gone I should've figured out right there not to come back then I buy 2 Level 60s and all the toons are now gone I imagine due to the TOKEN issues How can I just get a refund on everything I invested in a week that's a 120 BUCKS of UTTER BS Feel Like i just got robbed Twice in a week! Sorry but I just wanted to play not go through a level of BS to get on

Sorry but I just wanted to play not go through a level of BS to get on They did say not to make the level 60s with the current issue, if you made them at the start of the new expansion they'd be fine as the bug wasn't around then.

tmwfte Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 They did say not to make the level 60s with the current issue, if you made them at the start of the new expansion they'd be fine as the bug wasn't around then. The bug actually was around then, it just didn't hit everyone.

I mean... they even made it so you cannot press play before closing it. that said. they are working on it. so if you issue is not fixed when they come back and say "we fixed it!" THEN give them hell.

He probably attempted to make the characters before the launcher thing was put in... At least, I'm hoping. I know I bought a token, was hit with the level 1 bug, and then had the token disappear about an hour before they acknowledged the issue. It happens. My advice, though, is to give them time to fix it. Find something else to do for a bit. They will need to fix and patch the bug before they even attempt to restore things.
