I get a ton of Legacy gear pieces, so I pull out my revan statue and start selling off crap. Somehow in the middle of the lag fest I ended up swapping out a couple of pieces, selling them to the vendor and then selling too many more pieces to buy them back. I lost BIS 216 set bonus gloves and bracers and a BIS Set Bonus 224 Waist. I decided to submit a ticket expecting to get a reply something like "You messed up, deal with it". But hoping to get a reply of "here's your stuff back, be more carefull next time". Instead I got a reply that "this is a known bug and can't be remedied by customer service and has to be fixed by the dev team". Do they even read the tickets? My ticket spends 3 days in queue and when I finally get a response, it doesn't have anything to do with the ticket I submitted. Just a stock response. Did the CSR just see "lag" in my post and figure it's a dev issue and not read anymore? Now I realize had I been more careful and not just clicked everything quickly to sell it off this wouldn't have happened. Like I said, I expected to get a reply back that said "your fault, too bad", though disappointing I would have been okay with that. But it looks like after waiting for three days, the CSR didn't even bother to read my ticket, just sent a stock reply of "we are too busy to even carefully read your ticket so we are going to blame the devs". I know it's just a game, and two of the three are easily replaced, that's not the point. The point is it sucks to pay for a product and feel like customer service doesn't even care enough about you to read your ticket closely

Last night I put in a report because I paid 240 cartel coins for an unlock of a particular color crystal already unlocked on one of my other characters, and it didn't take. Apparently it's bugged and one of the developers (Tait) posted something about it two weeks ago in the Bug forum somewhere. Whatever. But I got a form letter reply from their CS "droid" saying I needed to file a bug report.... though Tait's post said for us to contact CS. I want a refund of my cartel coins, but now I have to fight with them. I was really thrilled about KOTFE because I felt they were renewing investment in this game, but now I'm beginning to feel as though they're on an even tighter skeleton crew. (Witness the less than a dozen developer posts since things went live.)
Yomitako Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 Yeah, when it comes to item recovery or achievement granting, it's taken me 2-3 tickets before someone finally understands what's going on and gives me back what I lost, or gives me what I had originally earned. So my belief is that 66% of the CS staff simply copy/paste canned responses, whereas that last 33% actually take the time to read what the ticket says, check their procedures to see if they can actually do it, and if so, do it.
azudelphi Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 Honestly, it sounds more like your ticket was lost in the mess of a bunch of tickets created on some other topics. I would recommend putting in a new ticket. Be sure to be as specific as possible regarding the date, time, character, zone, and as much detail about the exact items in question. Also make sure it is filed under the correct type of ticket.

That's not counting that CS droid... They are really overwhelmed right now, heck I posted a ticket about cartel coins and got a response about the bugged level 60s...so yeah its a mess at moment.

That's not counting that CS droid... Careful. I know some who got banned for talking about that droid giving bad information on these forums. And those bans were upheld.
